University-Industry Collaboration for Talent Development

On December 3, a delegation from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT), led by Zhao Fucai, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean of its School of Metallurgical Engineering, revisited Xi'an Gangyan. They were welcomed by Luo Wenpeng, Deputy General Manager of the company, and both sides held discussions on talent cultivation and graduate employment cooperation.

Mr Luo commended the performance of XAUAT graduates currently employed at Xi'an Gangyan and expressed the company's commitment to strengthening collaboration with the university. Zhao Fucai thanked the company for its support and proposed measures such as inviting industry experts to teach on campus to better align academic training with practical needs.

Since their first collaboration in June, Xi'an Gangyan has recruited eight graduates from XAUAT for technical and managerial roles. Both parties agreed to further deepen cooperation to cultivate talent that meets industry demands.
